• Payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule set by Sirdab.
• Late payments may incur penalties or result in service suspension.

• All platform content, including software, text, and logos, is owned by Sirdab.co and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of uploaded data but grant Sirdab.co a license to use it for service provision.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sirdab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Termination

• Sirdab may terminate access for violations or at its discretion.
