Who can apply?
University students (juniors, seniors) and recent graduates looking to start their career. We value curiosity, initiative, and drive over specific credentials.
Is this paid?
Yes. All participants receive a competitive stipend for the duration of the program.
Remote or onsite?
The program is primarily onsite at Sirdab's office. We believe the best mentorship and collaboration happens in person.
What's the time commitment?
This is a full-time commitment (Sunday to Thursday) for 10 to 12 weeks, from June 15 to August 31.
Can I choose a team?
You'll indicate your preferred team(s) in the application. We match based on your skills, interests, and team needs.
When will I hear back?
All applicants will hear back by mid-March. Interviews run March through April, with offers going out by mid-May.
